About the role
Our install team is the crew homeowners remember — the one that replaced the furnace, wired the heat pump, or finally solved the cold room. You'll run and assist on residential HVAC installations across the peninsula: furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, duct modifications, and whole-system changeouts.
Every install gets our 5-year parts-and-labor warranty, so we need people who take pride in doing it right the first time. You'll work alongside experienced leads and have the backing of a company that invests in training and treats its crews like family.
What we're looking for
- Washington State HVAC/R Journey-level certification or equivalent field experience
- Residential HVAC installation experience (furnaces, heat pumps, ductless)
- Comfort with sheet metal, brazing, and electrical connections
- Valid Washington driver's license and clean driving record
- Detail-oriented, code-conscious, and safety-first
